I am so very proud of....

these boys.....

(you can even see Rachel behind Pete) If you get the chance check out Washington Posts' website for a story and there is a link to some video from "the red carpet" on the left side.

I guess blogger had a hiccup this morning and lost 95% of my post. It'll take me a lil bit to write to write it again.......

wuv & hugs,
cher

well, ran out of time as usual. I've got a request.....Hubby is going in for surgery tomorrow (fri the 12)and we are all on edge. it's nothing major but it's the first time we (as a family) have ever had to go thru this. I thank my lucky stars just for that fact alone! If you could say a prayer, send a positive vibe, do a "everything will ok" dance for us, I will forever b grateful. We will get thru and the world still turns - so i got that going for me. I love you all very much and hope your holiday season is abundantly loaded with big smiles, warm hearts, happiest of moments, and good health.
PEACE~

It's late friday night - surgery went well. He is home and recovering. Please keep a positive vigil, say some prayers, do another gig for a good and speedy recovery, please. thank you, thank you, thank you. may sound strange but there was a woman in the waiting room that looked simular to vallyp and just that seemed to calm me and got me to thinking of my friends instead of everything else. P.S. please tell Gypsy i miss her and hope she is doing great. love for now & always. got to relax a bit my body is one big knot.XOXO

Cheryl Ann!!! I don't know why but I just felt today that I had to come to your blog. It's been quiet for so long that I have to confess I'd given up, but I'm sooooo glad I came.

I'm so pleased your husband got through his surgery, and that all's well..well at least I hope it is. I may not have been here so much, but I do think of you often. I'll tell wee Gypsy to come see you too, but she's had som challenges herself lately. We all miss you in blogdom, so please come back again.

Hugs and love to you, Cheryl and warm greetings to your family. xxxxxxx VallyP

Hiya Val,
I'm sorry i haven't been around so much - just a lot of negative
ju-ju hanging around me and i hate coming here just to complain or gripe all the time. I have been trying to look for the positives in it all but i'm not good with that activity - YET!

I am very sad to hear that Gypsy is having a tuff go at things. I do hope and pray whatever it is she makes it through and it gets better real fast.

Hubby is recovering! One of those things when your feeling better and think you can go back to your normal routine only to have the pain tell you - Oh no you dont!

I have a new found appreciation for most in the medical profession. It takes a lot to do what they do and to do it everyday!

well, i gotta run and be nurse-ish:)
thank you for sticking with me and i'm sorry i haven't been such a good friend in return.

warm and grateful hugs...

Don't worry sweet Cheryl, I'll be back again. It's hard when you have so many calls on your time and things have been a bit rough. I'll send your bestest to Gypsy for sure. Love and hugs and thinks xxxx

Cheryl Ann!! You're back!
I am glad to hear your husband's surgery went well. It's always scary.
My 11 year old, Jenny, broke her leg on Saturday and had to have surgery on Sunday morning. They had to put pins in it. I wish Val had been there with me, too...
All went well, though.

Sending good vibes, hugs and Season's Greetings your way.

xx
