As well as dealing with the month long list of illness and day to day different symptoms i go to a teacher confrence yesterday. Amy is doing terrible in school. She mopes around doesn't participate anymore, sits at her desk with a frown on her face. She writes stories in her journal at school about aliens attacking and decapitations.
I am sad.

Hey Cher,
It is just a phase that Amy is going through. She is probably looking for some additional attention. Maybe try getting her involved in some other extra curricular activities - Brownies, gymnastics or something like that. I think she misses you when she is at school.
She will be ok. She is a great kid. She is smart and funny and we all know how adorable she is! Just a little caught up in growing up.
