is this normal?

To make a competition out of where my sister-in-law and family stays when they come in from out of town. Or, spending equal amounts of time at their house.
Never mind- not really looking for an answer to the question because I know the answer. I just find the whole thing - bizarre. (?)

I kinda had to laugh because I could picture it!! And I could hear them arguing about it!! Sorry, I know it is frustrating...especially when she wants to stay with you most of all.
