I was invited to stop over Rachel and Pete's for tea. Rachel said she had something important to give me and felt she needed to hand it over in person. It was rainy and overcast but the breeze through the window was warm. The sheer white curtains danced as i sat waiting. The three of us were talking as thou we were old friends that lost touch. Talking so fast it didn't feel like we needed to breath. Then we moved into the kitchen for some tea. Now, I'm not a tea drinker but the potion Pete poured in my cup was scrumptious. We laughed and laughed and it was almost like I was watching it on TV! Certain camera angles to catch every moment. I, at one point, thought of looking in the freezer for Neil. I got to meet their furry family of five. Whistle is the smallest and the only dog's name i can remember. As i walked through the house i took note of the richness of the surroundings. Not how expensive things were but the warmth that enveloped you. I felt very comfortable. Maybe too comfortable! I even said to Pete "pinch me I must be dreaming".
